A follow up video call following any initial consultation including assessing where you're at since our last meeting and your personal feeding goals, pin pointing any remaining problems and making a plan to overcome them. 

This service includes a follow up phone call and unlimited texts for two weeks, and if needs be an email of notes from our session with a list of resources.
